Sometimes, an existing project sets the guidelines towards a whole new space. This way, a program of offices located inside a warehouse is redesigned. The outcome is a fortunate combination of old and new elements that are reflected in its interiors and exteriors.
Located in Guadalajara, Jalisco - and in collaboration with a foreign architecture firm – this project seeks to maintain the distinction between its two volumes through voids on the first floor, and solids on the rest of the façade. This project is an evidence of adaptation to create an organic fusion with the city landscape.
