KOZ HOUSE
It could be seen as a paradox to find such richness and complexity in one relatively simple building, where an austere geometry is constant in each of the three levels of this box-of-boxes project.
Each space finds its place in perfect harmony with the structure, without losing sight of the spatial richness and creating clear interstices. The use of a hanging structure amazes and creates a binuclear drawing articulated by a central courtyard.
The main bedroom provides the desired privacy through the use of lattices, and also by the presence of its own courtyard, which can only be reached from the bedroom. The high level is completed with two rooms conceived equally.
